Jeff,
Mork never admitted he shorted OVIS/RMIL. He states that Zapara failed to deliver on shares he sold resulting in a naked short position of 100K shares. He picked up 15K along the way and admits to being naked 98,500 in the U.S..
Puhrty said he was shorting OVIS, and Puhrty was hired by Mork. This is quite different than the Zapara scenario.
Also , Mork allegedly has shorted an estimated 5MM thru Vancouver. Also take into consideration that Mork toldCharlie @ AZNT he would short AZNT down to $.10., you can call Charlie @ 1-702 795 4333 to confirm that.
Puhrty is also saying Mork and Zapara have patched things up. Mork told Charlie at AZNT Zapara shorted AZNT because Mork told him too.
I believe the co. is quiet because the $10MM may very well have been rec'd and it was the internet that aided in the halt with the previous merger release. Look, there is a 50% chance the money was rec'd and a 50% chance it wasn't. Puhr has alawys been upfront when the investor was unable to produce. I believe the silence is a good sign.
I believe to look away from Mork and Puhrty's admission that Mork shorted OVIS is irresponsible. Mork released the fradulant press releases, Mork set up the web-site to spread misinformation. It was Mork who admittingly hired Puhrty, MaWork 1 and ptm inc to slam on the internet until he conceeded to let Kugler handle the internet chores. Kugler freely admits that he suggested to Mork that those guys did more harm than good and he could do the job.
To take lightly Mork and his shorting OVIS/RMIL and all his damage control is totally irresponsible. At this very moment there are some attempting to get a halt at TVSI because many RMIL shareholders are also TVSI shareholders.
We will prevail, because wedid nothing more than demand certs to insure our investments.
