Casmyn Corp may face Nasdaq delisting

SPARKS, Nev., April 3 (Reuters) - Casmyn Corp said that it has been informed by Nasdaq that its common stock is subject to delisting because its price is below the minimum $1.00 a share.
Casmyn has until July 1 to bring the stock price up, the resource development company said in a statement late Thursday. Casmyn said that it planned to ask its shareholders for approval for a reverse stock split.
