Does this mean that EB actually stands for Empty Boxes?

Let's pretend for a second that your ascertions are correct (this is rumor, so I can't make the assumption that they are)...
First, it was my understanding that sales to "the Far East distributors" were less than 10% of overall sales (not sure about actual revenue %). Second, if Jay was planning to take the company private, that would be a GOOD thing at this point...given the stock price would be higher than the 2 5/16 closing price. Third, the board would most likely have looked at this as a potential out and let him run with it, unless there was a perceived higher value to the shareholders (this is, afterall their DUTY). Oh, and bringing the company private is hardly a sinister plot. As far as Sunil is concerned...don't know him/ never met him, but from what I heard, he is quite talented.
