Ask your father about the WNC help. Companies coming out of bankruptcy are the absolute best bang for the dollar.

Take AVBC for example. Colorful history their also. They declared bankruptcy to protect their assets from a takeover.

All brokers stick their noses up in the air when they hear bankruptcy, penny stock, etc, imo.

Any more info he has will be appreciated. The article I posted in the header was not negative at all. Please read it. It mentions how WNC will help profits:

The companies will jointly supply aftermarket parts to each other. Aftermarket parts are one of the most profitable areas of the trailer business, worth an estimated $110 million total to the two companies, with 75% going to Fruehauf, according to estimates from market analysts. And through Fruehauf's national network, Wabash now has an avenue for selling its growing fleet of used trailers.

Other aftermarket and used trailer programs will be developed by the companies, they said.

"The arrangements are beneficial to both companies and they address product types and markets where we do not compete," said Donald J. Ehrlich, Wabash's president and chief executive officer.
"We will extend the private label concept to include the recently introduced composite plate trailer when adequate capacity is available."
