Hope you all enjoy and may be visit the CCW forum at SH. C.A. DELANEY CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LTD. RE: Purchase of shares of CIRCUIT WORLD CORPORATION By C.A. DELANEY CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LTD. MANAGED ACCOUNTS TORONTO, Jan. 9 /CNW/ - C.A. Delaney Capital Management Ltd., today announced that as a result of purchases of common shares and special units of Circuit World Corp. by one or more of its mutual fund and private client managed accounts, the aggregate shares and special units of Circuit World Corp. held by all of its managed accounts is 32,829,132 shares/units, representing approximately 17.61% of all outstanding shares. Delaney specifically disclaims any beneficial ownership of the reported shares and units, but as investment manager it maintains exclusive power to exercise investment control or direction over such shares and units for its managed accounts. The shares and units were acquired in the ordinary course of business, for investment purposes only and not for the purpose of exercising control or direction over Circuit World Corp. Delaney managed accounts may from time to time acquire additional shares or units, dispose of some or all of the existing shares or units, or may continue to hold the shares and units. This press release and the related early warning report are issued in anticipation of the alternative reporting exemption described in the recently proposed OSC Rule respecting early warning reporting. Neither Delaney nor any of its managed accounts presently intend to: a) make a formal take-over bid for shares of Circuit World Corp.; b) propose a transaction that would constitute a take-over bid in reliance on an exemption in the Securities Act (Ontario); or c) propose a reorganization, amalgamation, merger, arrangement or similar business combination with Circuit World Corp., which would result in Delaney's managed accounts controlling the company, alone or with others. To the best of its knowledge, Delaney and its managed accounts do not in the ordinary course of business receive material facts or changes about Circuit World Corp. which have not been publicly disclosed.
