I just got in, now I pray...

and now you write this:"This thread is interesting because I
have never seen so many people hype a stock in my life. Threads are meant for the
proliferation of pertenent information, not to HYPE a stock to get other investors to
hold and not sell out. Comments like "get ready for the moon" and "hold on to your
hats, here we go" multiple times today, based on absolutely no information (and
there was no significant movement) lead me to believe that people are just building
excitment, waiting to run the price up then bail. This is very shady."

I am still LONG in DGIV, and I will continue to be LONG

Where were you when it was 0.66? Why did you buy 1 day ago?

I have been here for only a cpouple of weeks I did not start this thread but, I will be here until DGIV, SPLITS several times or is bought whichever, comes first,

What about you, Mr. MTESCH, come Lately?

Well, MTESCH, now the trading day is over, we stockholders can reflect with calm emotions over the fabulous week that we have had.

From a bit over a dollar to a close at almost $4.00. You know, I have not owned many stocks in my lifetime, nor do I expect to, with that kind of run in one week, not to mention the run from .25 or so in a month or two.

So can you not see it to give us a bit of leeway if we show our emotions?

You say you have not seen this much hype in a stock before. Please, if you will, show me another stock with this kind of run, and show me where emotion was cast aside in favor of nothing but informative posts.

I have been in on stocks that have run up (not to this extent), and run down (not fun), and let me tell you, the emotions run very high. I dare say more so than on this thread, because at least on this thread we have exchanged a fair amount of information as well as showing our emotions.

I do notice that there is another thread started, one dealing with research. Perhaps you could just read that thread rather than this one. You do have that choice.

You will find many professionals on this thread, and we are all too familiar with the rigid discipline imposed by academia, by institutions, by our colleagues, when it comes to our professions. And that is the correct way to handle our professions. Byron, for example, is a medical doctor. I doubt very much if he lets his emotions run when he is practicing on patients. I, and several others, have our doctorates in various professions. I can assure you that I present my facts in quite an unpassioned way within my profession.

But you know what? This is not a professional endeavour for me or for many others. Perhaps if I were a professional stock broker, I would not post as I do. But I'm not. As I've told my wife, this is my FMA (Fun Money Account), and I permit myself (I don't need anyone else's permission) to have some fun while I am trading. Stock trading reflects neither my livelihood nor my higher aspirations, although I do not lack respect and admiration for those who have the tenacity to earn a living this way.

My only goal in life is to be true to my God, my family, and my country, in that order. Sometimes I succeed, all too often I do not. However, if you are the type of trader who lives or dies by how your stocks do, and want only information rather than any expression of humanity, then I suggest you do not read this thread but stick to the research thread.

Excellent post. I agree that the enthusiasm on this thread borders excessive given the amount of verifiable information that we have up to date. And again I am happy for anyone who got into DGIV early and got out with a hell of a return.Congratulations to you all. But if I was hyping this stock you can bet your but I damn sure would of sold my 100000 shares at $5.00 a share. Truth is I almost sold Tuesday morning until I saw the adress for the DGIV accounting office on this thread and decided to go and check it out. I was extreemly fortunate that Mr. Chin had just flown to Vegas that same day and was kind enough to sit down and talk with me for about an hour. He answered every question that he could legally answer and told me he couldn't tell me certain things for legal reasons. So no I dont have any inside information. What I came away from that meeting with was a much improved knowledge of what this company does, where it is headed, and a supreme confidence in Mr. Chin' ability to get the job done. I did ask him if I could relay something to this thread and I relayed what he said. 3 days into April I've got no complaints about the news that DGIV has released. So you see I also believe in this company. I did the work I needed to do to convince myself that this is a very prudent long term investment for my wife and I. Any opinions that I may give are just that my opinions and I could be wrong, however after talking to Mr. Chin I refuse to believe that I am !!!Whether this stock is at $8 or $2 come back I'll still be here. Where will you be? As honest as I can put it. MARK C.

Hi everyone! This is Jo Elkins at Liberty Capital. Several people have called today and asked what affect the proposed internet tax would have on DGIV. We looked into it for you since it was implied that DGIV would be affected.

Do you realize that this proposal has been in existence for at least 2 years and still has not gotten past the committee stage?

What happens if it passes? There is no reason to believe that it would affect the profitability of the internet telephony industry. We pay taxes for other telephone companies don't we? Does it hurt their profits?

It is ok to be a skeptic, but you don't know the background on all of the participants. Most, like you, have no profile. But there are many private messages and personal phone calls. We all take a little poetic license once in a while on our posts. But really,we can't pump and dump a stock. There aren't that many of us and most of the folks are small share traders.Have a good weekend.

Besides, it was a 10% drop with less than a third of the volume we had yesterday. That means there's not many people willing to sell.

I agree with your claim. Just bought this stock not because of the hype because of all the news on the company. I tend to think that for companies to remain competative and prosper in the late 90's and beyond they must have an international plan. After analysing the products and services this company offers all over the world I feel they are well positioned to succeed. I do dislike the eurphoria of we are going to explode any minute because as you stated it sounds like hype and con. I am not a day-trader I only invest in companies that I feel will grow and I think this is one. Hopefully we will all be exchanging messages in a year saying what a great job the company has done in expanding and growing.
