TWO NEW KIMBERLITES DISCOVERED IN KENIEBA PROJECT

TOTAL NUMBER OF KNOWN KIMBERLITES NOW AT TWENTY SEVEN

The Company wishes to announce the discovery of two more kimberlites in its Kenieba
Diamond Project located in Mali, West Africa. These new discoveries bring to twenty-seven
(27) the number of known kimberlites in Mink International's Concession in which it has a
joint venture with Ashton West Africa Pty Ltd.

The discovery of the new pipes on April 2nd and 3rd respectively where accomplished
through detailed magnetometer surveys and test pitting -- under the direction of Bernard
Rowe, Mink's Diamond Consultant. The Samba Kimberlite (previously anomaly KE 4D-2) was
discovered six meters below the surface in the Sansanto area -- where large alluvial diamonds
were found earlier. The Yaya Pipe (previously anomaly KE 4D-1) was found five meters
below the surface and about 2.6 km north of the Samba Kimberlite. Additional test pits are
being excavated on both new discoveries to determine their actual dimensions, as well as to
collect half tonne samples from each of them. When amassed, the mini-bulk samples will
both be air freighted to Ashton's Laboratory in Perth, Australia for testing and analysis.

Two weeks prior to discovering the Samba and Yaya Kimberlites, the Company announced
having proved by drilling the 44 Hectare Kassama Pipe. The half tonne sample from the
latter, consisting of about 140 metres of diamond drill core, is now on its way to Ashton's
Perth Laboratory. Presently, ground magnetometer surveys are being conducted in other
sections of the Sansanto area, as well as other aeromagnetic anomalies, in preparation for
diamond drilling and/or test pitting.

Three other magnetic anomalies were also recently tested. The first drill hole on Anomaly KE
4C-4 still has not explained the reason for the magnetic anomaly. Therefore, additional
ground magnetometer and test pitting are planned for it. Drilling of anomalies KE 4D-18 and
KE 4C-2 indicated that they are magnetic granite and diorite bodies respectively.
