I am not insinuating you are wrong OR right but the closeness of the news you know and we don't leads me to ask you one question. And I'm sure you will answer truthfully, since you are such a proponent of truth and foe to misleading statements. It's obvious you have not worked for a company in the development stage. At certain stages in the development of a company which is growing changes have to be made in personnel to move it forward. Certain employees work well in very small companies and are at their capacity and when growth is required they fight it and eventually quit or are removed. Also, the influence of a major backer like Sterling wants results and assists management to put the right infrastructure in place. I believe that BCMD is doing this and will be a much bigger player in this market. Have patience with this one and I believe you will be many times richer in the next 2-3 years!

RealTruth: You make a lot of statements that you seem to claim to be true, but most of your statements are really only questions. If you were sincere you would tell us the answers to the questions. Or, are you just blowing smoke Mr. Miller? Come on now, tell us what you supposedly already know. If you don't follow up with real answers, we'll just consider you another disgruntle employee, or a competitor with a grudge against Jim or the board. So either put up or shut up as we don't have the time to waste nor a reason "YET" to believe anything you say. Post 2348 on Yahoo by erg_1954 as much as accuses Jim of being a crook and committing fraud. That's pretty serious stuff and you can be held accountable for verifying that erg "knows what he is talking about" as you have stated. I've already reported the two of you to the SEC. So again I say, put up or shut up. We want facts, answers to the questions you have raised. I for one will not believe any of this without answers and confirmation. And don't tell me to go ask Jim for the answers. That's nothing but a cop-out and you and I both know it. If you continue to blatantly scare the stockholders by making statements without any real evidence, you then become an enemy to every stockholder on this board by trying to reduce shareholder value. If what you say is true (I don't believe for a minute it is) then give us the answers and evidence so we may analyze the facts. Be a real man or woman, whichever you are, and come clean, reveal the facts and identify yourself. RT Somehow I always feel slighted when mentioned in your posts. The latest one states I am still trying to keep everyone from selling. This is totally untrue, when I say IMHO I mean IN MY HUMBLE OPINION> While I make no bones about being long this stock I have also freely admit to having traded this stock in the past and while I have added to my core position of BCMD so that I had not traded it in quite awhile, I would not say that I will NEVER trade or sell it. Also, it is not true at all that I am trying to influence other people to buy or sell. Your statement misconstrues my intentions, which are to state MY OPINION about BCMD and in return receive OTHER OPINIONS from people. I will then judge the veracity of their opinion for my ownself as I hope they do also for themselves. While I do not agree with your stated opinions, they go into stewpot with all the others and we will see whats cooking. I must complain though, if you insist on coming around only every 30 days or so, that it becomes difficult to disassociate your posts from some other moon related cycles Roebear

You have been asked questions to validate what you are saying..I am not aware at this moment that these questions have been answered by you???...So therefore, we are faced with either believing you, and thanking you, for your information, in which we have all been saved a substantial loss on our stock... or looking at your info as to having no kind of validation whatsoever...As we are not only fairly large group with various opinions, but a large group of individuals, collectively holding a substantial amount of shares between us, I would assume your opinion would be welcome...So, therefore, I would also make the assumption, that your "info" would further assist, and/or question our own assessment of our own actions in holding/purchasing shares. As you have not come forward with further information, I would assume that those of us "long term" holders, and even short term holders, cannot validate that what you are referring to is only hearsay, and therefore detrimental to the company's growth. A change in management/employees is not that unusual..it happens all across America every day of the week.... By all means, tell us more, all info is welcome..
