Well reality sucks...

First and for the last time, above ground seismic, especially 2D seismic, is not absolute or accurate. It could be more, it could be less. One of the great recent stories is Triton's Colombia discovery. That was suppose to be a nat gas discovery based on seismic. Instead they find a huge column of oil.

As to the JV, it is ABSOLUTELY necessary that AIPN secure a JV, but it ain't for the money that people thought it will be. Simply, they don't have any wells drilled and no downhole analysis that would preclude a big buy in.

Will it move the stock significantly? I think it may prove to be even more "perceive" disappointing to most. Only one zone was evaluated on C, look at that reaction. If the JV is for $40 mil, the get rich schemer's will move on.
