If this is not a speculative stock, what else? All penny stocks are speculative. It's like buying lottery tickets. the chance for a penny stock to grow into a decent size company is very slim. DGIV may be have a chance, but my advice is that anyone who cannot endure the possibility of losing your total investment in this company should take profit and run, for those who can endure then take the risk for a potential long term gain. This advice is also for those who are contemplating about buying into this company.
