THEY HAVE NOT REPORTED ANYTHING TO ANYONE, ONLY ISSUED PRESS RELEASES. THERE _IS_ NO SEC INFORMATION. when the head of SIM, the largest component of Zulu's advertising dream, publicly states for the record that Hayton is "Completely running the show" I tend to believe him. The fact that Hayton has repeatedly violated securities regulations in various companies and STOLEN money from people over and over seems to have no impact on your rosy outlook. Since there are no SEC papers, the next best thing is for the HEAD OF SIM to PUBLICLY STATE that Hayton is running the show. It doesnt get any better than that. And it probably wont, because the chances of Zulu ever reporting anything to the SEC are nill.
