Harami,

This is true for any major companies. Most such companies build continual business on existing clients (repeat business). It is another way of getting assured business -- if you were a client would you rather not get the new consulting work done thru somebody who knows your business (systems). It is like retaining financial auditors - they hardly change. Command systems is not in hardware sales where cutthroat pricing/biding makes a difference on getting a contract. See Androsen Consulting/EDS etc. More than 50% of their revenue is from repeat business.

The fact that several of their Fortune 500 clients choose to stay with them only speaks of their consulting/software development quality.
