JJB, the phrase "any jury" includes any set of 12 people in any state of the United States. The evidence that Solv Ex went bankrupt from mismanagement is overwhelming, only the blind and deaf can deny the truth. Oh I guess management as well, but it's always hard to blame yourself for your own mistakes. Much the same as those who hold on to SOLVQ long, and blame the shorts for their loss. The situation was/is as transparent as it could be. If you would open your eyes you would see it. With all the lies, obfuscations, misinformation and whatnot that SOLVQ management has spread, they do not deserve the benefit of the doubt by any stretch of the imagination. See you at .02, Barb
