From the looks of the Qdek support forum RealHelp needs some RealWork (ok thats the last time I do that, its annoying I know). Of course Im a little skeptical about these programs because First Aid had a lot of irate users also - until cybermedia took their support pages for first aid offline. Qdek should lay low on Realhelp until they can deliver a quality product. My guess is we don't see any meaningful sales figures on Realhelp for 4 mos. The Virus program seems stable though. Michelle
