I don't think that I need to go educate myself. I watched this stock closely for over a year now and it has been clearly subject to manipulation on numerous occasions. As John pointed out, Antex is a bulletin board stock and as such can be easily subjected to games. Explain something if you can: Why would a stock trade with the bid ask in normal ranges such as 1 1/32x1 1/16 suddenly and for no apparent reason start trading in penny ranges such as 1.04x1.049? Why when several million shares are purchased in the 1.50 area would the stock price be driven back to below $1 on only a couple hundred thousand shares? Why when the stock is back to 1 5/16 on heavy volume would it be dragged back to 1 on no volume? The market makers for this stock move it to wherever they want almost whenever they want.

The long term prospects for Antex are extremely good, IMHO, and I'll be back, but only after the reversal occurs and the manipulation games have ceased.
