Gary.. I think that the $20 million item that I was referring to was a refund that Ames was seeking for other than income tax issues. Since Ames has such a large tax loss carryforward it should not be necessary to pay income taxes to the IRS on a quarterly or annual basis. Therefore they would be due no direct refund of " overpayment" like you would if you personally overpaid your income taxes.

This specific item was a claim that was entered in 1996 and was pending an outcome as of the printing of the annual report.

I think that I will send an E Mail to Marge Wyrwas at IR and see if she can shed some light on the subject. $20 million any way we can get it is a lot of money.
