Yup. I owned this stock some time ago and sold it as it slipped below 7, at that time I remember seeing rumor of buyout by newscorp (?)
Love to see them buy DBC and ozemy and cut AOL out of the downunder.

Back in March someone posted information about a company whose symbol is DTLN that turned down an offer which valued the company around 400 million. Someone pointed out that DBCC compares very favorably to DTLN and is valued at almost half the price. This and the fact that DBCC has a 50% stake in CBS MarketWatch may make DBCC a very undervalued stock especially if MarketWatch has the IPO. DBCC also seems to be moving back into the growth phase with several positive announcements lately. Could this be what is going on with the large positions being taken?
