Looks like Dobson wants to return the company back to the days of Electrotech....he does not want to deal with debt, bankers Bnd holders, etc....so at this point he is doing whatever he can to get out of debt. If he could take the company back to private...I'm sure he would. At this point I don't think that Dobson really cares about the shareholders, he just wants to get out of debt. 98 million shares!! as far as the number of shares go....I think they beat out most of the other semi companies. dave
