If that's the case, at least there are two more deals waiting in the wings, including one of significant size.

I'm in this one for "the final insult" deal (the ex-chair's shares) and the somewhat hidden fact that a good chunk of sales are going bu-bye. BTW, I think the selling we've seen thus far from the convert holders has been under Rule 144. If you check news for EA on a Bloomberg terminal you'll see the convert holders have been doing "intent to sell" filings just ahead of their dumping. Sales under Rule 144 are allowed without an effective registration as long as the seller files ahead of time and does not exceed certain volume levels. I think that's how it works anyway. Kind of a new wrinkle and something to watch for in future deals.

PS: Keep an eye on BOST. Wonderful 4 day short (+29%) for me last week. Any dead cat bounces over $5 should be shorted....with impunity. It's a theory anywho.
