OK gang, here it is. The start of a new week and we seem to be holding steadily to last week's gains. Incredible you say? Not really. Actually I belive that LRL just gapped back up to a more proper valuation level. The fact that this stock was trading below 1.50 canadian was the REAL aberration. In other words, you haven't missed the action in 1998 if you buy here, because LRL is trading at fair value now without any of the big news out yet.
So, where to from here?
That depends on what sort of sales and marketing progress has been made in 1998. So far we know that this is not the Luxor of 1997. Luxor has a new marketing approach, a KDA (knock-down-assembly) deal on the East Coast to solve distribution problems, cash in the bank and some big industry names in both building and building materials which are showing some real interest in this product. The stock is merely reflecting the fact that LRL is on the right track and has managed to somehow restore its badly battered credibility.
But none of the big news has been issued yet. Look out for those upcoming releases and keep checking their website. I hear that they are still working to improve it.

Catch you guys later,

IMAL
