Seems we have some very steady accumulation at these price levels and the bad quarterly numbers that scared off the non believers and they sold are gone.......seems the steady 1 cent rises of the past week hopefully can be indicative of things to come.....you either believe and buy or sell.....that is a true market based decision based on supply and demand.....I dont know about you, but there are an awful lot of bridges is severe disrepair here in the United States.....now if we throw in a Norway or Sweden bridge......and lets not forget the great state of New York with the worst roads in America , I think that long term, we will be more than allright with this one......(sorry Pennsylvania....New York takes top honors but with your Turnpike coming a very close second!!!<<GG>>)

Hans,
The story was from the Wall Street Journal. I take the paper version since it allows reading on my lunch hour but it might also be available on their website. I didn't save the paper but I think the countries were primarily developing ones from Asia... Don't recall any European ones listed. Maybe someone else has more info?
