EDMONTON, ALBERTA--

FIRELIGHT ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF INFOMERCIAL AND LAUNCH OF DRTV
CAMPAIGN:

Firelight Corporation is pleased to announce that its USA
marketers, Accu-Marketing L.L.C., have completed the Accu-Master
Golf System infomercial. The infomercial, which was filmed at the
Butch Harmon School of Golf at the Rio Secco golf course in Las
Vegas, features E.S.P.N. announcer Robert Wrenn and Butch Harmon,
coach to Tiger Woods, Davis Love III and other great players. The
infomercial will begin running in specific areas on April 25, 1998
and will then be expanded to a national campaign. The purpose of
the infomercial is to not only create direct market sales but also
to play a role in establishing a strong retail demand.

FIRELIGHT CORPORATION PLANS LISTING ON NASD BULLETIN BOARD AND
LAUNCHES INVESTOR RELATIONS PROGRAM TO PARALLEL PRODUCT MARKETING
PROGRAM:

In order to take advantage of the TV product marketing campaign
scheduled throughout the USA, Firelight Corp. has retained A.B.
Korelin and Associates of Vancouver, Washington. A.B. Korelin
will assist Firelight management in meeting all of the filing
requirements of US Securities and Exchange Commission leading to
an OTC listing on the NASD Electronic Bulletin Board.

A.B. Korelin will, as well, launch an investor relations program
to create a significant awareness among the US stock brokerage
community for Firelight Corporation. The program will include
press and other media.

A.B. Korelin and Associates, with offices in California and
Washington has a long standing track record of serving Canadian
corporations which need to meet US Securities and Exchanges
Commission filing and registration requirements.

Here is the latest! The new infomercial is ready to go and begins airing this weekend on the golf channel! Stock structure still real good (well held plus a bunch restricted). The company recieved a grant earlier this year from the Research Council of Canada and have made tremendous headway in their liquid crystal research carried out at Simon Fraser University in BC. They can now dramatically cut the costs of the pads that stick on the golf clubs thereby opening the doors to lots of sales to major corporations who in the past had expressed great interest(for promotional purposes).
I also found out that their Firelight brand of Barbeque goes into all Sam stores this month. There are 460 or so stores and they are a subsidiary of Walmart. There has been talk of expanding the Firelight line into a bunch of different camping items.
Stock still quietly trading near its 52 week low...
