This fact seems to be getting lost: The initial agreement provides for the purchase of a minority interest in the project by Caterpillar. In addition, Caterpillar will provide turnkey engineering, procurement and construction services as well as operation and maintenance services for the project. The estimated capital cost of the project is $56 million. Why would a DOW Industrial buy in if it's bogus? On the Yahoo board some idiot said all the release said was IDMC choose Catapillar. I'd like to be able to choose who invests in my company. Mr Gates did you hear that? Yep, because IDMC choose CAT they're investing in IDMC. Pretty funny stuff.
