Personal Thoughts:

Well it's good to see the thread back to the way it should be.Things are looking
very good.Just now read the 7 page release from the other day. Some interesting
points.

1. Revenues up costs are down.Hamilton proven profitable.

2.Company establishes Ontario Thermo Tech.Big deal here,2 transfer stations and
2 new plants on those sites.Niagra Power Grow only one in Canada licensed to
accept waste from U.S.Construction to begin this month or early next month on
both plants.

3.100% non recourse debt financing for these 2 plants. This will set the stage for
other financing.Look for a release soon.Somewhere in the range of 32 million.

4.Hamilton evaporator up and running saving big money for the company.More
than $1 million a year.Hamilton will be updated as 2 plants a 300 ton per day and
a 400 ton per day.700 total per day.Something I didn't even know.LOL

5.Richmond opening date set at July 26.

6.Nova Scotia gives OK on environmental permits.Look for construction soon
after Oshawa and Niagra.

7.Thermo Tech engages Clarke and Company, who will specialize in public
relations, investor relations and issues management services.Clarke represents such
giants as IBM,and Miller Brewing.Main function will be to increase awareness by
major analyst and institutions and to expand the Companies business.

8.Thermo Tech engages Continental Capital to raise awareness in the investment
community. They set up the conference call yesterday. They are already paying for
themselves.

9.TTRIF demonstrated the effectiveness of the TMP's to the Mass EPA.I know
this for fact. They really like TT.Thats all I can say about that one.

10.TT plans plants throughout Mass.Projects are being developed for
Carver,Springfield,Marthas Vineyard and Ft.Devens.( If I'm not mistaken I was
the first to mention this some time ago.I was dragged over the coals for it to.)Also
mention of dealing with one of the largest waste water treatment firms in the
world.(who could that be,something else that I didn't know what I was talking
about.)

11.Washington State several plants under consideration there.(Remember me
talking about US Capital, look for them to be involved in this.)

12.New York State.TT is looking at NYC and other areas there and in
connecting states.(Remember Environment and Ecology, look for them possibly in
this deal.

13.US Thermo has been established. This to push and develop plants and JV's in
U.S.

14.Thermo Agri spinoffs 3 for 10.To be dispersed in first quarter.

15.Thermo Enzyme spinoffs at 1 to 10.To be disperssed in first quarter.

Theres more but I think I got my point across.TT is is moving in the right direction
and this is a bargain at these prices.Rene has been slapped around for a long time
on this and other threads. He is doing a fantastic job and will prove the Naysayers
wrong. This is not hype this is fact.Do I think this is a good entry level to get in
.Your damn right.I will be buying every chance I get.
Tom

PS Most of what was posted in the release was posted on the thread along time
ago.Bye someone I know personally, who also took a pasting on these
threads.Guess I was right about a few things.

I believe Rene either said or gave the distinct impression that he felt the 30 + stock price would occur in about 2 yrs or a little less. I just heard the conf. call this morning and would suggest that all who are interested listen also. I would appreciate those that are especially negative like Scott Levine and David Alon listen also and respond. I for one appreciate your comments because it helps give this thread a sense of balance.

Casey:

Thanks for phone number for Conference call. It is very much as you and David have stated.

One thing that may not have been covered by anyone else:

Rene stated emphatically that USTT would be a wholly owned
subsidiary of TTRIF and this was being created for tax reasons
and the convenience of 30 minute drive from Langley BC to US head office in Washington state.

This should settle the concerns by some people of being left out.
