To all, The following from FEER at; feer.com April 9, 1998 Don't dawdle, the millennium approaches. While Western companies have been busy prepping their computers, Asian companies have largely ignored the potentially devastating problems posed by January 1, 2000. With the major exception of Singapore, Asia is woefully behind the rest of the world in preparing for the millennium, say information-technology industry executives. The current regionwide economic crisis has only made things worse. But there's still time to get ready.
