Mr. Fingers,
As usual skirting one issue for another. How many originally received shares, not options or shares from options, do you still own? Quick simple and painless. I wonder what else you might be hiding if you cannot answer this simple question truthfully?

MJZ,

You are absolutely right but confused about the location....it may
be your home that turns out not to be too hunky-dory. You demand
public info from DCTC and yet they don't respond to your queries
publically or privately. Is it chilly out in the cold?

Lou

Michael, You posted "Who is selling shares is not the key issue, WHY ARE SHAREHOLDERS selling shares... That's the question ??"

Looking at this and some other statements you've posted - my constructive observations are that you are obviously a neophyte on the workings of the Market. It certainly matters why someone is selling BUT - VERY MUCH SO, MORE IMPORTANTLY - IN MANY RESPECTS, **WHO** is selling.

It therefore is not surprising, to me, that you were fired from representing our Company. I will ask Murphy why he kept you "on board" for so long?? Lack of tending to business at hand? Pity? Forgetfulness?

THIS concerns me more than anything you've posted here.

Nothing more pitiful that seeing a disgruntled former "employee" vent his disappointments.

If you are a 23 year-old twerp like you sound, contact a lawyer and see if you can prove our Company took advantage of your naivete On the other hand -- if you are an adult... GROW UP!

Colin
