The 10KSB does not tell you anything about insider sales for the past three months.

I don't have the figures with me now but

Udi has sold most of his shares

Andword Partner has sold almost all.

I give you more figures on Tuesday.

Robert,
I have been watching posts, and with nothing to add have been silent. These figures for insider trading have me concerned. I have e-mailed company and have been told that they are not aware of any insider selling except for Toledano.

these are positions held by insiders. none of these people have filed to sell. please learn what you are talking about.
