David, Concerning NSPK. My arguments are:

1. Since Feb. 10, there are 7.5million lockup shares expired
2. MOT agreed 30% at @30 which includes what they already got. That
gives 1.75million to be tendered. The two NSPK fficers agree to
tender 0.035million. This is the main reason for stock runup.
3. VOIP technology has many competitions, VOCLF, ETEL, ENET. VOCLF has
even better products than NSPK and still in 20, others all small.
NSPK basically has no viable products yet and got ahead of itself.
The deal with MOT basically hyped the stock for sell of lock up
shares.
4. MOT deal expire at April 21, 12pm.
5. FCC propose new regulations on internet phone charges.
6. VOIP has to compete with local/long distance phone companies.
7. VOIP is very picky than other medias over the net. Unlike video
you can not afford delay and packet loss.

I was saying < 30 is good short. However, the hourly chart looks bearish,
If Monday is down day, shorts could get quick 1 point gain.
