Hi Michael...

Congrats on your decision to "review your alternatives" vis-a-vis your vote.

Obviously, a vote against management won't affect the company's stewardship over the next 12 months. There is no alternative Board up for election.

The only benefit of voting against management is to put them on notice that we are watching carefully. We should have done it long ago, considering the lack of shareholder returns for five full years.

And....the best part about it? It doesn't cost a penny to send them the appropriate message.

Have a good weekend, Michael.

Michael,

Were you able to learn about the S.E.C. jurisdiction with respect to filings by expatriates?
Is TFS not responsible for indicating at least by footnote where the disappearing 5% holders have gone....particularly in light of the fact that there have been no 13d filings??
If in fact they have not sold shares, is TFS not required to indicate they remain 5% holders in the proxy? I am puzzled by this and look forward to your insights.
