No question about this; Plug Power, DTE's (parent of Detroit Edison) joint venture with Mechanical Technology's is an early example.

After reading all the responses I've gotten here from a single post I know why BLDPF is in the 100's. Can't wait to buy more puts. The average investor in this stock has no understanding of the economics of power generation!

They already have. Detroit Edison and Mechanical Technology Inc. formed Plug Power.
