There are two declarations that are taken as given that are not
necessarily so:

1. "That a KRY victory will not be clear cut and that there will be more litigation." Since it is the Supreme Court this is very unlikely. One cannot appeal Supreme Court decisions. The case is clearly to decide who gets the mining rights both deep and shallow. It is not to get another case admitted.

2. "The current stock price already discounts a KRY victory" What you mean is that the KRY victory may be assumed and is already written into the price. Well hardly. And in no case were victory cannot be assumed by the predominant group of investors will you see the price rise to the maximum, especially in such a long and controversial case.
The ownership of perhaps 22 million probable ounces and an onstrike property that has not even been explored (LC 6)would drive such a company to at least a valuation of 1 billion dollars US. That is perhaps 28 dollars US per share. Throw in the Albino and the Santa Elena and I will buy all your shares for that and borrow money to do so.
