Paul:
Just FYI, I live in the Chicago area near TLAB. A friend went there to interview and he said the place is really jumping, lots of open employee requisitions and some confusion in the HR department because of the press to hire.

reyou can never be sure you picked the right stocks
We are all hoping Dell is one of them!
But seriously, is buy and hold always ok? I know there have been some companies who have fallen by the wayside: Kodak and Xerox, once great performers have had bad times, wouldnt it have been wise to get out of them before the bad times. (and the million dollar questions, how does one know????)
I go skiing for two days, and look what the market does and Dell does. Do I have to watch it closely for it to behave itself????
