Dave, Here's a bit of technical stuff that is not widely understood (especially by some of those here who are inadequately versed in TA) but shows an important technical prerequisite has been established for ACRT. Maybe Stan can set this up on his web page for everyone. A look at the activity in the SMI (stochastics momentum indicator) as relates to the bullish threshold shows the SMI value on 7/24/97 is at the threshold when a horizontal line is placed on the indicator there. 3/31/97 and 7/31/96 verify the line. It crossed above it again on 3/31/98. I have found that the 13, 25, 2 SMI is an excellent parameter set for establishing a bullish threshold for this indicator. When the indicator's value is above the threshold and moving up, there is good technical support for an upward movement in price. Another date for an even stronger line is 7/29/97 (note the volatility associated with this line). Doug R
