The ipo was a Reg D offering,whatever that is,of 500,000 shs at $2.00.I bought on a solicitation phone call from a guy in California.I usually don't even take those calls.But the salesman was such an ethereal fellow that eventually,after several attempts,he finally sold me 5,000 shs.I guess I kind of liked him.He practises karate on the beach,studies the stars and believes in miracles.He is a Rod Sterling character-part real and part twilight zone.He still calls me.I like him.
