Roger, April 1st is the NEW fiscal year in Japan. This month will bring lots of news to the economic world roundtable. I just read a newspaper article saying that Japan is on the verge of a recession. I will type some of the highlights later. Also the Bank of Japan (BOJ) stepped in and sold some dollars for Yen. This is manipulating the exchange rate. As for the new investment ideas and the "BIG BANG", I can honestly tell you that an average Joe could care less. Most people don't invest in the stock market. (Most stick their money in their dull and boring savings account at the bank, post office, or Insurance Company) This is Japan and that is what is done!! People in Japan like the way Japan works. Making money in another country on investments is taking money away from Japan. It is an old way of thinking, but you have to realize that there is over 120 million people here and most do what the others do. No questions asked. Case closed! Keep your money in Japan and earn your lousy .025% In Japan, it is an important rule to remember that a Japanese person has an obligation to Japan. Therefore, they should always keep their money, mind and thinking on how to keep Japan strong. It is a weird country. Japan is a one of a kind! I will type in some brief articles and tibets later. As for the last few days of investing, it looks like I missed out on some buying opportunities! I was away from my computer and couldn't see the action! Yhoo has gone up like a rocket! ASND reports today. CHKPF is holding steady. I hope to buy some (37 range?)before earnings. DO you know when earnings will be announced?
