Well KJ, couldn't help a bit of sarcasm.
I haven't changed my mind about Kinnard or Ancor, why did they lower Ancor's rating based on Sun's news? It's been a long shot all along and everybody here agreed with that too. Now supposedly they issued
a report indicating that they will change their mind if HP or CPQ
or HP choose Ancor. It's the same story there: prior relationships these companies have with either Brocade, McData or Vixel which makes them long shots too.
IBM in my view could be the best chance especially as they have a vested interest by owning good chunk of ANCR stock. That's one of the
three things that have changed since January:
1. IBM filed to still own ANCR
2. ANCR got the financing to last them for a few more Q's
3. Insiders quit selling. Did anybody notice? I don't subscribe
to any paid service and insider trader doesn't have data for March
out yet. But, in Jan and Feb our founding fathers stopped their
monthly selling. Wonder why?

Other than that nothing has changed. Still no contracts, no OEMs.
I was kinda hoping to see something come up next week because of NAB
but I'm not holding my breath. In fact, I'm beginning to think
that Brocade's multicasting really put Ancor out of the game in the
video distribution/post production. I'd like to be wrong. SGI and EDS
with their Media Vault haven't made any NAB related announcements yet
and I'm sure they will be there but couldn't find any hints around the
WEB indicating Ancor's presence.

Instead, I had another SilkWorm sighting on the Jaycor site. These
guys target primarily DoD market too.

Anyway, I bought the stock following the financing agreement and
haven't changed my mind. If they don't get something going soon
they will be sold. Ken has experience with that and insiders seem to agree. As long as the switch really works someone will get interested.
