PARS AND SHORTS

My opinion on shorts

Since pars is basically a viable company. with great future why some one would benefit from shorts.

Well if that some one is a hedge fund that got warrants that are in the money. In order to buy the shares he has to come up with money. but if he shorts the stock . He gets paid now he has money to buy the shares. It is pure profit and all his risk is gone.

On top of that by shorting he creates down pressure on the stock, and the number of shares they are going to pick up depends on the price per share, thus the lower the price the higher the number of shares the hedge fund gets, Once he is out down side pressure is out share price comes up and the hedge fund makes more money.

The only way for us to benefit is the opportunity of low price that PARS is to pick up more shares before it zooms up.

I think that PARS price is artificially low due to above.

ANY COMMENTS.
