Russell, I have heard from a few certers......They are reporting progress...and 3 to 4 weeks for the entire turn around is the feedback they are getting from their brokers. At what point the Transfer agent takes them out of the float and makes calls...etc....I don't know. Two weeks are down now....so I would think 2 more for the first wave...at the max. And I believe we may be looking at a second wave soon also. There are some very nice blocks ready to go....Klaus the Dane being one.......There are others. bg
