Thanks for the info. Jonathan. NYC is close to me, so it wouldn't be a problem. I'm not as concerned about voting as I am about meeting the new executives and directors. I'd like to hear what they say and ask a few questions. It's important to get a feel for the management in a situation like this and you can only do that by meeting them face to face. This is still a very speculative investment and you have to at least have the confidence that the people who run the show are committed and able to make it work. That's why I'll only take a token position for now. If I come away very impressed, then perhaps I'll up the ante. Since you mentioned Robin, how has he been? I assume the suit against him was dropped. It would be nice to see him back here again too. Hank
