Klaus,

I don't know anything about Tigershark.....And I agree that the Orgas attack was not really the type of thing BANY wants. Except....I do think it showed the unstable nature of the stock.....and a few people liked what they saw and are now long termers. I think if many of the Orgas folks had not bailed......BANY would have stayed at much higher levels. If you check on the Orgas picks......you will see that they have not done well......except BANY. I believe this is due to the shareholder base that is developing here. I have said many times...BANY is not like those other stocks. The story is different. I think the story is value rather than speculation.

I think when Banyan gets the plans laid out....and folks can see what is ahead.......they will place a much higher value on BANY shares. There is a market for laptop hardcases that is going to expand quickly...and all of the computer chain stores and laptop manufacturers that don't offer hardcases......will very soon. Why would they not?

An example from your neck of the woods, Klaus.......Siemens Nixdorf....They offer hardcases for all of their laptops..... Here is the link.

ps. Can BANY grab a piece of this market?......That is the $2.00 question. I do not see why not......and keep in mind that profitability is a word that comes into BANY's vocabulary at about $600,000 in sales. IMO.....it won't take much.....and may be sooner than anyone thinks.

Hey Klaus...you said,

I have not invested in Tigershark, something just do not add up there, I mean they announce a 500.000 share buy back but on the other hand they expand the number of shares with 2 million at current "low" level (which is not announced). Now where does that get you ? Whats your opinion on Tigershark ?

Well, I don't have any knowledge of this stock...I've never looked at it and don't even know the ticker. But I will say that I was heavily invested in a company that had loads of press releases about the huge stock buy back program that they were in. All the while the stock kept going down and people kept "dollar cost averaging" all the way down. Later we found out that...YES the company did buy back about 12 million shares...but at the same time they did a HUGE RegS and it flooded the market with over 100 million shares and the @$$holes shorted the stock to hell and have never had to cover. The stock is now in bankruptcy court as an empty broke shell...and the CEO and President are playing golf and not in the least bit put out by it. Here's a couple of websites that I put up to show my feelings...you might get a chuckle out of them. The stock ticker was TWTI...we called her TWeeTI...the president was Donald Booth...
