Great Article, Teddy. Yeah, why did it take you so long to post it?<g>

I've got a couple of questions and comments.

1. The article mentions that FLC would like to form an alliance with a major oil company as other drillers have done. Can anyone indicate what current alliances exist and how exclusive they are?

2. The 80% commitment for '98 seems pretty good considering the short term nature of shallow water contracts. I'm wondering, though, what % utilization analyst estimates are using. I don't expect anyone to know the answer to this, but it is an interesting question in trying to determine how much upside there could be to beat estimates and how much of a chance to miss estimates (yes, I know dayrates need to be considered).

3. Does anyone know offhand how the FLC fleet of service vessels compares to ESV's? It sounds as though FLC is pretty positive about the contribution of this segment of its business (I haven't checked out the bottom line yet).
