Soxan,

As I said in a previous post I came up with the
name of this company by accident while looking for
companies that have contracts with telephone companies
launching satellites. I am not sure yet if this has anything
to do with EPEA!

To discuss EPEA it would be useful to have some concrete
information, for example:

I still can't find out what this company does, what
financial structure they have (FLIER says *NONE*?), who are
the people running the company, how many employees, where
are they located, how to contact them, etc etc. Appreciate
the sentiments expressed in the postings but some more concrete
facts would help. Appreciate if anyone in this Board could provide
factual information or places where it can be obtained. Otherwise
I am afraid that I have joined the wrong group.

Thanks.

Victor Danti

If you look back on this thread, you will see that I was not the one who talk about the sale of 23 million shares. I hope that is just a rumor. From what I understand, they have not released any new stock for quite some time. I do believe that a Long Beach office of TRW was the catalyst for the rise to 75 cents way back when. A large group of employees went wild buying E-Prime and drove the price up. That was a time when there was not a glut of shares out there. I hope you did not buy at the top. Lets hope for the best!
