Dear s.

Northern Telecom made the best electronic switch and that is why they won the hearts of the RBOC's. It was pretty simple and had nothing to do with "cultural bias". Fujitsu has to ome in with a good product and fill the need at the right price. As the other post pointed out it behooves Fujitsu to present the correct interface to the existing systems if ORCTF is going to be able to benefit from this association.

By the way Nortel address is:

2920 Matheson Boulevard East
Mississauga,ON,Canada L4W 4M7

Looks like the bias against foreigners doesn't extend to Canada.

Maybe Americans like Japanese cars and electronics but have a specific cultural predjudice vs. Central office equip.- NOT.
