More guesstimating:
(The pessimist's view)
If we guess a total of 77.2 million warrants + convertables + shares, then: Mr. Lenfest's 67.9 mil would match 88 percent figure, and 2.77 mil earnings divided by 77.2 mil shares would equal 3.59 cents per diluted share. (This would round UP to the reported 4 cents per diluted share.
If we also throw out the 2.5 mil tax benefit and drop back to the $642,197 earnings before taxes, we can divide by 77.2 mil and get .83 cents (thats less than 1 cent) per share. This is more fluff than originally reported, but I am trying to be as conservative (pessimistic) as possible. (I hate pump-and-dump) I am NOT a financial analyst, and everyone is welcome to criticize my guestimates, but if you compare this to a stock like AMZN or TCAT this is STILL a real bargain. They are making a profit, growing like crazy, and have a lot of potential.
I have probably scared some investors away (and therefore delayed my own profits) by being overly conservative, but we are still sitting on a winner.
IMHO
Dan

Problem is that the 10K does not give you the facts on Lenfest's conversion ratio (price).

TEVE check this out - lots of stock out there, but earnings look decent !
