Well, Digit River *is* making money...

You are being too casually dismissive. WAVX could indeed blow away the competition with time. But the reality is that Digital River is making money as we speak, WAVX is not. In fact, if the DR CEO is telling the truth, they are making it at an accelerating rate. WAVX has a relatonship with IBM although there is no obligation on IBM's part to manufacture a single chip. DR on the other hand is setting up USA Today's Internet sales site. And more.

DR has 12 patents pending for digital delivery and encryption. I don't know whether these patents are on the hardware or the software side.

In any event, my main point is that the Street.com articles (a) validates the market, (b) kicks off public awareness of a new niche, ESB. THis can only be good for WAVX, if only in an indirect manner. BTW, do you know if Sprague was at the Software Publsihers Convention mentioned in the article?
