Lou,
As to point #2 in your last post,

2. Has MJZ cleared up his personal financial problems? If
I remember correctly, he was an undischarged bankrupt
according to Insolvency Service Records with a debt of
48000 pounds. This was as of our merger last year.
I'd know for sure if my dd was a little better.(G)

Myself and some friends have been searching various databases over the internet and some private networks and have found something of interest. Through a service called Lexis-Nexis from Europe, an article dated early January 1997. Guess what? You do remember correctly about Mr. 'Watch My Fingers' Zwebner. There is so much information it is way too much to mention here. But suffice it to say that OUR BUDDY was an 'undischarged bankrupt' with that amount of debt. The information did come from Insolvency Service Records. It also goes on to state that, ' through his firms and previous business ventures is said to be in even deeper financial trouble.'

Yes, the soap opera of, 'Watch My Fingers', continues to deepen.

Lou, Some very good questions/points you brought up. So MJZ was (is?) bankrupt. The real reason/need to sell DCI shares is starting to come into focus now. As to the extra $3 CC holders had to pay, it does seem to make sense that this money must have been paid to CC prior to DCTC's involvement, since I can find no mention of this $3 in the SEC filings. What I would really like to know, is just how much those CC shares were actually worth when we aquired CC? As to MJZ bringing a lawsuit against us, I wonder if MJZ either has the time (he did seem like he was almost in a panic to get this situation resolved ASAP after all) or the capital to even fight us? As to commissions from the WP deal and the Canada deals that have not happened, I sure hope that MJZ has not "prespent" any of the proceeds that he did not get from those deals so far.

I'll say one thing, if MJZ shows back up to answer all the questions and posts to him, he just might have some "sore fingertips". (G)
