Andrew--I was talking about the unconscious processes. Some folks have a fear of letting themselves win and are not conscious of it and then sometimes want to blame the market or tipsters for getting them into unsuccessful positions. Van Tharp's work is geared to making such motivations conscious and then one will not always shoot oneself in the foot. Of course, the other part of the equation is learning good market techniques and being aware of the risks inherent in this most unpredictable environment. Myron
