Dixie, yes I am ignorant of sec regulations that is a fact. I wrote that disclaimer as I have seen similar posters do the same, also in an earlier post on this thread someone jokingly mentioned the (sec police), so my reference really is to that post, It is somewhere in the last few days heck, I'm not sure which one but I know it is there.
