I think RSYS will ultimately be a good deal because of NT5 (which MSFT believes is going to be the best operating system ever--and no one ever got rich shorting or disagreeing with MSFT), the new multimedia stuff going into Hilton's gambling operations, and the entry into the telecommunications area. I think, to the extent SEA makes RSYS scramble to replace business lost re ABB and TEK, RSYS will ultimately be a good deal better off.
