Sergio, IFCI a P&F review: RS is buy in a column of X's, broke a triple bottom on 12-16-97 and well above the bullish support line which is at 3.25, needs to hit a 7 to give a buy signal and then break 7.5 to break resistance. Its been a real SLOW chart. Later Preston
